WE DISCOVER FOR YOU
WE DEVELOP FOR YOU
WE EXECUTE FOR YOU
WE DELIVER FOR YOU

Rooted in a modern, urban-informed perspective, we focus on bridging emerging generations to products and brands through authentic storytelling and visually driven communication.

Our work lives at the intersection of conception, film, and sound. We develop ideas from the ground up, shaping narrative, visual language, and marketing voice into cohesive stories that feel intentional and relevant.

ABOUT US

3230Fighter is a creative marketing company built to help brands communicate with clarity in a culture that moves fast. We believe strong creative work begins with understanding—of people, of context, and of what a brand truly stands for.

"Their Passion is being your voice."

-Attorney Truman Fitzgerald

WE FIGHT BACK

3230Fighter partners with agencies and brand owners who value cultural insight, intentional storytelling, and meaningful alignment with emerging audiences. We work best with teams seeking a creative partner—not just a vendor—who can translate ideas into work that resonates.

Founder

Caleb Maxey

Caleb Maxey is a husband, father, and founder of 3230Fighter, rooted in the Birmingham, Alabama community and driven by a people-first approach to creative leadership. A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Exercise Science, shaping his disciplined and analytical approach to performance and development.

A celebrated artist and producer since early childhood, Caleb’s creative path has taken him across the country in performance, production, and national speaking engagements—from Albuquerque to Washington, D.C. He has held leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, leading multi-campus teams and curating creative events including fashion shows and panel discussions, while also appearing across radio and television platforms.

Often positioned both behind and in front of the camera, Caleb brings a rare perspective—understanding how stories are built and what audiences need to see, hear, and feel to be truly captivated.

My Philosophy

Creating

One of the most beautiful gifts GOD has given mankind is the ability to create. This miracle so freely given is often undervalued and poorly stewarded. Even more I have found that one of its most precious principles is often left unaccounted for: the organ of community. Creating is often compounded and actualized in the presence of many progenitors.

Culture

As I've gotten older I've realized that I am not the grand finale! Although I am not the opening act, I will not be that big closer - that big moment I've practiced so hard for.  and so I must adjust my ideals for what purpose is. The word legacy begins to mean more and more. Culture is what we leave behind, pieces of what we believe, what we hold dear. It is these inanimate jewels we must now live out. and thus practice even the harder for: not a moment but for an eternity.

Competing

I believe that competition itself is weighing how well the latter two variables have been fleshed out yesterday: Rather in victory or defeat and pushing towards positive yardage. I believe in the singularity of essence and that it diversifies our why, our methods, and our presentations.  And so one only competes with everything he could be, everything he ought to be.
