Rebrand for a Growing Therapy Practice

A BRAND BUILT FOR ONE THERAPIST, NOW HOLDING A TEAM
Camille is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in racial identity, couples therapy and career counseling, with a practice centred on the BIPOC community. She was ready to bring more therapists in, and the existing site could not carry that. It read as a solo practice, it spoke almost entirely to women, and the logo broke down at small sizes. The brand was quietly capping the business.
Our approach
We built a warm and earthy palette that reads as invitation rather than clinical distance, and that works for men and women equally, since the practice was expanding past its original audience. The logo was refreshed into something friendly, minimal and legible at any size, with a plant composition and a star standing for individuality, diversity and growth. Bold but restrained graphic elements run through the page compositions to keep the whole thing grounded and approachable. Rebuilt in Squarespace with mobile, accessibility and legal compliance handled properly.
The result
Camille has a site she shares without hesitating, which has made it straightforward to put her offers in front of the right people. The identity now scales, so adding therapists to the practice no longer means outgrowing the brand. What was a solo practitioner's website is now a collective's.
